Hydraulic System

The supplied machine hydraulic system
containsTotalAZOLLAZS32oil.
Lubricants
GreatPlains strongly recommendthe use
ofMultis Complex EP2 Grease inthedisc
and wheel hubs of your SL. This grease
isaComplexsoapdispersedinamineral
oil and is interpreted by IARC as being
non-carcinogenic. Grease cartridges are
availablefromGreatPlains(P12710).Using
thisgreaseincombinationwiththelabyrinth
type seal it ispermissible to lengthen the
greasing interval on the disc hubs to 200
hours. If using a standard agricultural
greasethedischubsshouldbelubricated
every50hours.
Allotherlubricatingpointsonthemachine
canbelubricatedwithmultigradelubricating
greaseasspeciedinDIN51825KP/2K-
40.

Measures in case of injury
through oil
Eyes:
Shouldanyoilbesplashedintoyoureyes,
rinsewithwaterfor15minutes.Iftheeyeis
stillirritated,contactadoctorimmediately
If oil is swallowed
Ifoilisswallowed,itisimportantnottoinduce
vomiting.Contactadoctorimmediately.
Skin irritation caused by oil
Incaseofprolongedskincontact,washoff
theoilwithsoapandwater.
Oil Spills
Use either sand or a suitable granular
absorbenttosoakupanyspiltoil.Dispose
of the oil-contaminated absorbent in the
propermanner.
Oil Fires
Never use water to extinguish an oil re.
Theoil willoat onthe water causingthe
retospread.
Burningoil-lubricantmustbeextinguished
using a carbon dioxide powder or foam
extinguisher. Always wear respiratory
equipment when dealing with res of this
type.
Waste Oil Disposal
Oil-contaminatedwasteandusedoilmust
bedisposedofinaccordancewithcurrent
legislation.
Wasteoilmustbecollectedanddisposedof
inaccordancewithlocalregulations.Never
pourusedoilintounsealedsewagesystems
ordrainsorontotheground.
